Main Responsabilities Plans, coordinates, and performs manufacturing engineering work for a project or process. Operates in a team environment within either the enterprise product delivery process or the enterprise order fulfillment process. At this level, projects are of moderate scope and responsibility or may be a significant portion of a major and diverse project or process; decisions are made within established guidelines and may be reviewed by supervisors and/or managers. May assign, coordinate and review portions of the work for support personnel, contractors and suppliers. ### What Skills You Need - Engineering Technology Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on how to get results using new and advanced engineering technologies. - Engineering Design Works without supervision and provides technical guidance as needed on executing engineering designs using the appropriate methods, tools, processes and software. - Engineering Development Works without supervision and provides technical guidance as needed on achieving engineering development targets using appropriate methods, tools, processes and software. - Health and Safety Manages and applies safe systems of work without supervision and provides technical guidance when required. ### What Makes You Stand Out - Risk Management Identifies, assesses, prioritizes and manages risks without supervision and provides technical guidance when required. - Contract Management Supervises the construction of assigned properties according to instructions with guidance, but not constant supervision - Costing and Budgeting Works under guidance (but not constant supervision) to perform costing, budgeting and finance tasks. ### Education - Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level This position will be posted for a minimum of 10 business days and unposted when a qualified pool of candidates is achieved.
