RIGHT NOW. ### Title Logistics Analyst-Ramos Arizpe Primary Location: Ramos Arizpe Function: Supply Chain Management (CA) John Deere is a foremost leader in the ag equipment business, and we continue to put a solid stamp on other industries. The product line alone serves as proof with advances in machine performance, equipment automation, fleet management, and John Deere’s ongoing investment in emerging markets. ### Note All candidates should have their tax situation certificate (Constancia de Siituación Fiscal) up to date with the salary regime to be eligible for the hiring process. ### Main Responsibilities - Implements and supports logistic processes for Deere units, suppliers and dealers/customers for mutual sustainable benefits. This job applies to either inbound and/or outbound logistical processes. ### What Skills You Need - Execute, in a supply chain of low complexity, planning activities within a defined framework/system that mainly affect own organization/unit. - Carry out a range of supplier management activities either to support others or to fulfill the requirements of the role. - Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats. Involves working independently. - Interpret data and identify possible answers. Involves navigating a wide variety of processes, procedures, and precedents. - Plan and coordinate testing and inspection of products and processes. Implement corrective actions or continuous improvement initiatives and monitor them to make sure they are effective. - Contribute to reviewing existing operations in own area of work, and generate new ideas to assist in identifying continuous improvements. - Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure own work adheres to those standards.
