负责制定选矿工艺流程与技术方案，监控生产过程中的设备运行、药剂添加及各项指标，确保生产高效稳定；分析矿石性质变化，优化工艺流程，解决技术难题，参与技术创新与工艺改进；记录整理生产数据，为生产决策提供依据。
