- 负责拟写公司行政各类文件、文稿、报告、总结及其他文字材料；
- 负责公司行政信息、督办事项、外事管理等工作 ；
- 负责相关会议的组织、做好会议记录，形成会议纪要；
- 负责公司外来文件、内部文件的收发文件管理；
- 负责公司档案日常管理；
- 完成领导交办的其他工作。
