## Job description
- 对拟并购项目进行初步技术考察，明确分析选矿技术风险，提出建议，撰写初步评价报告。
- 开展选矿尽职调查工作（包含案头尽职调查和现场尽职调查）。审阅相关选矿专业资料，评价选冶生产工艺，对比分析历史数据，分析设备情况、成本等为估值提供参数。
- 在已引入技术中介的项目中，审查技术中介的选矿专业尽职调查工作的进展及质量；参加相关项目技术讨论会议，并提出选矿专业的意见及建议。
- 协助完成矿业并购项目的技术顾问选聘、技术尽职调查、报告审查、审批备案、资料归档等并购项目流程管理中的相关工作；
- 协助审查评价选冶相关环保、安全、卫生工作，进行选矿运营风险识别防控。
