### 方向1

从事高性能稀土永磁材料开发，根据项目需求开展高性能永磁材料研发与制备，具备理论分析和产品性能优化的能力 方向2：从事机械设计方向，熟练使用主流机械设计及绘图软件，如：SolidWorks、AutoCAD等，能独立完成二维图纸设计、三维建模及零件出图 方向3：从事电机电磁理论研究与电磁仿真模拟，熟悉永磁同步电机的电磁设计、热设计和结构设计，能够熟练使用Maxwell等仿真软件并根据项目要求独立完成仿真任务
