## Job description
- 熟悉相关矿业软件应用，开展地质建模、资源量核实工作，提供资源评价技术支持，完成现场地质尽职调查，撰写地质资源评价报告。
- 从地质资源角度，评价项目的资源前景；评价勘探工程成果真实性及有效性。
- 审查技术中介的地质专业尽职调查工作的进展及质量，并对技术中介工作进行审核。
- 协助完成矿业并购项目的技术顾问选聘、技术尽职调查、报告审查、审批备案、资料归档等并购项目流程管理中的相关工作。
- 完成初筛，分类，技术分析报告，参与各类投行会议及行业研究工作，了解矿业行业的各类技术及产业动态。
