## Job description

负责编制采矿设计、施工方案及作业规程，现场指导采矿作业，确保安全规范施工；监测矿石品位、开采进度等数据，优化开采工艺；解决采矿过程中的技术问题，参与安全隐患排查与整改；收集分析地质资料，为资源合理开发与生产决策提供技术支持 。
