### 方向1

从事晶体生长的工艺研发，熟悉晶体生长原理、材料测试表征方法、晶体生长工艺，以及晶体生长炉设计与控制、温区优化设计、晶体加工流程优化等 方向2：从事自动化设计及探测器件开发，包括：辐射探测技术、传感器与检测技术、电路设计、PCB设计、自动化设计等方向 方向3：从事前沿无机材料的可控制备、器件构筑及性能研究 方向4：从事金属粉体及浆料的可控制备研究
