## Job description

上市前临床试验项目，ⅡⅢ期大临床项目居多，涉及肿瘤及非肿瘤。

### 岗位职责
- 协助完成临床试验中心筛选、启动、日常监查及收尾工作，确保试验符合GCP要求和试验方案以及部门SOP开展；
- 协助完成所负责项目的入组任务；
- 协调研究中心研究人员，培养并维系与研究者的良好关系；
- 协助提交监查报告，及时反馈发现的问题，保证临床试验的质量和进度；
- 配合部门完成项目的稽查工作，协助整改存在的问题；
- 监督CRC的工作质量和进度；
- 部门安排的其他工作。

### 任职要求
- 硕士及以上学历，27届在校生，临床医学、药学、护理学等医药相关专业；
- 熟练使用计算机、网络和办公软件；
- 具有良好的沟通能力和学习能力。

### 其他

1.实习周期≥6个月，每周出勤≥3天； 2.优秀者可转正式员工（签三方留岗）；
