## Job description

【产品领域】以乳腺肿瘤领域为主【职责描述】
- 结合中央市场部策略及所辖区域市场情况，制定区域产品推广策略；
- 组织开展区域市场推广活动，并落实中央品牌项目；
- 开展市场调研，了解市场及竞品信息，动态调整产品策略；
- 协助维护区域重点客户，建立长期稳固的客户关系，维护良好的品牌形象；
- 组织培训，提升营销团队的专业素能。【任职要求】
- 本科及以上学历，医药相关专业；
- 两年以上肿瘤特药领域市场推广经验，泌尿领域优先；
- 具备良好的市场分析、组织策划、协调沟通和学习能力；
- 能适应出差。
