## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 进行医药市场的调研和分析，了解市场动态、竞争情况和患者需求，为公司制定相应的市场战略提供支持。
- 负责竞争对手的分析，识别竞争力和市场机会，并制定相应的应对策略和推广措施。
- 参与制定医药产品的定位策略，包括产品特点、定价策略、推广渠道等，并协助推进执行。
- 设计和执行医药产品的市场推广计划，包括活动策划、宣传推广、市场营销等工作。
- 跟进销售团队的业绩表现，分析销售数据，及时调整营销策略，提升产品市场份额。
- 与内部部门协作，如研发、生产、销售等部门，确保战略目标的实施和协同合作。
- 参与医药肿瘤市场的相关会议、展会等活动，积极维护公司在市场上的形象和声誉。

### 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，医学、药学、市场营销等相关专业背景优先。
- 具备良好的市场分析能力和逻辑思维能力，熟练运用市场调研方法。
- 具有优秀的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能够有效协调各部门资源。
- 有医药市场规划或相关工作经验者优先考虑。
- 熟悉医药行业政策法规和市场动态，具备较强的学习和适应能力。
- 熟练运用Office办公软件，具备良好的数据分析能力。
