## Job description

### 岗位职责

1）深入研究肿瘤、肿瘤免疫、自免及炎症等领域疾病生物学机制，评估靶点/平台开发前景，支持立项； 2）设计关键体内外实验，以预研数据推动靶点PoC； 3）作为早研项目生物学负责人，推动大分子药物项目的早期开发；协同内外部团队完成PCC交付。

### 岗位要求

1）生物学或相关学科博士，具备扎实靶点与疾病生物学基础，有一作SCI发表； 2）具备批判性思维、快速学习能力及良好中英文沟通能力。
