## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责纯化工段的中试放大、技术转移、GMP生产与质量合规工作；
- 负责纯化洁净区现场5S管理、标识管控，物料和中间产品杜绝交叉污染、混淆、污染等质量风险。
- 协助起草、审核、修订工艺规程、SOP、批生产记录、设备操作规程、验证方案 / 报告等体系文件。
- 审核批生产记录、原始数据、电子数据，保证记录真实、完整、可追溯，落实数据可靠性要求。
- 参与工段偏差调查、变更控制、风险评估、CAPA 实施、年度质量回顾、内部自检，外部审计。

### 任职要求
- 硕士学历，发酵工程、生物、药学及相关专业。
- 熟悉各种纯化工艺流程，熟悉各种层析技术（疏水、离子交换等）及填料；具有超滤操作经验者优先。
- 具备 GMP 车间的生产经验及无菌操作意识。
