## Job description
- 负责生物大分子药物的制剂相关工作，包括处方筛选，工艺开发，使用期间稳定性研究和技术转移等。
- 按照规范的格式和要求设计实验，撰写制剂研发方案和研发报告。
- 负责国内外申报资料中制剂部分的撰写工作。
- 负责起草相关技术文档，支持IND/BLA申报。
- 遵循GLP（良好实验室规范）要求开展实验方案制定、数据记录与分析，确保研发过程的可追溯性和合规性。
- 参与实验室日常5S管理与维护。

### 任职要求
- 硕士及以上学历，药学/生物学/药剂学等相关专业。
- 具有一定的药学基础，对工业药剂学、生物药剂学、新技术、新辅料、新设备有一定的了解，能熟练操作制剂相关设备，如冻干机等。
- 具有1~2年生物制药企业制剂开发工作经验优先。
- 具有良好的中英文技术报告撰写能力。
- 具有较强的文献检索、分析和解决问题能力。
- 具有良好的团队协作精神。
