## Job description

作为质量管理中心未来人才的重点培养对象，您将参与系统性轮岗培训，全面掌握药品商业化的全生命周期质量管理，聚焦国际业务。通过不同site轮岗与项目管理相结合的方式，培养具备专业技术能力的复合型人才，后期成为质量管理中心国际业务的专家或管理人员，为公司的项目推动与国际业务提供核心支持。 岗位职责
- 轮岗质量体系不同site,熟悉 QA 各职能模块，执行现场监督、法规差距分析、变更/偏差/CAPA 管理、海外审计迎检及质量改进项目管理。
- 参与主导相关国际业务项目，输出有挑战性的成果，推动公司业务国际化；
- 跟踪并解读中美欧法规动态，输出差距整改方案，确保 QMS 持续合规。
- 编制、审核及翻译英文 GMP 文件，保证术语准确、符合监管要求。
- 跨部门协调资源，推动质量问题的识别、分析、解决与预防。
- 完成轮岗报告、项目总结及终期答辩，展示学习成果与成长计划。
