## Job description

作为公司生物药工艺开发领域未来人才的重点培养对象，您将参与系统性轮岗培训，全面掌握生物药从工艺开发到中试生产及技术转移的关键工序，通过轮岗实践、导师指导与项目管理相结合的方式，培养具备专业技术能力和管理潜质的复合型人才，后期成为工艺研发技术专家或管理人员，为公司的工艺开发提供核心支持。

### 主要职责

负责药学研究与开发、工艺优化、技术转移和生产技术支持、工艺放大研究。

### 一、工艺开发与优化

1.负责生物药下游纯化工艺开发与优化，包括深层过滤、层析分离（亲和/离子交换/疏水等）、超滤/透析、病毒灭活/去除等工艺步骤； 2.分析纯化过程中关键质量属性（CQA）与关键工艺参数（CPP），解决收率、纯度、宿主蛋白残留等技术问题。

### 二、技术转移与项目申报

1.参与中试规模纯化工艺开发（如AKTA系统操作），完成工艺放大及技术转移至GMP生产； 2.建立工艺开发技术文件（工艺规程、SOP、验证方案），支持IND/BLA申报资料撰写。

### 三、平台建设与管理

1.评估新型纯化技术（如连续流层析、膜层析）的应用可行性； 2.负责仪器的日常维护及其他下游工艺开发相关的工作。
