## Job description

【产品领域】泌尿肿瘤，艾瑞恩（前列腺癌1.1创新药），艾瑞吉（2026国谈）【岗位职责】1、结合中央市场部策略及所辖区域市场情况，制定区域产品推广策略；2、组织开展区域市场推广活动，并落实中央品牌项目； 3、开展市场调研，了解市场及竞品信息，动态调整产品策略；4、协助维护区域KOL，建立长期稳固的客户关系，维护良好的品牌形象； 5、组织培训，提升营销团队的专业素能。【任职要求】
- 本科及以上学历，医药相关专业，符合新规备案要求；
- 两年以上肿瘤特药领域市场推广经验，肿瘤领域优先；
- 具备良好的市场分析、组织策划、协调沟通和学习能力；
- 能适应出差。
