## Job description

### 职位描述
- 协助编制工程项目所涉及的土建结构方案，土建预算计划、施工计划等；
- 负责施工现场的质量、进度、安全的管理工作，监督施工土木建筑工程，并提供现场技术支持；
- 做好图纸、技术文件的审核工作，对工程变更洽商和项目文件资料做好归档工作；
- 负责与施工单位、监理单位及其他相关单位的协调；
- 领导安排的其他工作。

### 任职要求
- 大学本科或以上学历，建筑、市政土建、土木工程类相关专业；
- 熟悉国家及地方相关法规、政策，熟悉土建类施工图、施工管理和有关土建的施工规范及要求，掌握项目规划、建筑设计、施工、验收规范及市政配套等基本建设程序；

### 个人素质
- 具备较强的责任心、原则性和职业道德，优秀的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神；
- 能够适应长期项目出差。
