## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 主导基于mRNA展示及噬菌体展示技术的环肽先导化合物发现工作。
- 拓展并优化支持非天然氨基酸引入的mRNA展示平台。
- 负责环肽先导化合物发现项目的整体推进，包括方案设计、节点把控与结果交付。
- 与化学、生物、药理等跨部门团队紧密合作，推动项目从发现到验证的顺利转化。

### 学历背景
- 化学、生物学或相关专业博士学历，具备化学生物学交叉学科背景者优先。
- 熟练掌握mRNA展示、噬菌体展示、体外无细胞表达系统或非天然氨基酸引入技术中的至少一项，并有实际操作经验。
- 具备扎实的化学结构基础，有环肽先导发现、结构优化或展示文库构建经验者优先。
- 具备优秀的实验设计、数据分析与问题解决能力，有高水平学术论文发表者优先。
- 具备良好的项目管理能力，能独立推动多任务并行。
- 对mRNA展示、噬菌体展示等展示技术及环肽药物发现有浓厚兴趣，愿意在该领域长期发展。
