## Job description

### 负责创新药、改良制剂、复杂仿制药等的处方工艺开发研究与转化生产，能够设计、审核具体的实验方案，能够解决制剂研发中的关键技术问题和限速因素；主要开发剂型方向
- 口服固体（片剂、胶囊、软胶囊）、液体制剂（滴眼液）等。
- 具有丰富的药物制剂理论与经验，精通制剂设备原理，熟练药物制剂设备的使用及日常维护；
- 英文水平佳，具有良好文献检索、阅读、分析总结能力；
- 熟悉专利知识，具有专利分析、规避、挑战专利的知识结构；具有专利撰写能力，能够将工作中创新点形成专利进行知识产权保护；
- 具有合规意识，能够及时准确的撰写处方工艺开发过程中的技术开发报告；
- 勇于承担责任和压力，具有创新精神，具有较强的沟通能力。

### 任职要求

1、博士及以上学历，制剂或药剂学相关专业； 2、有成功的改良制剂或者复杂制剂开发经验更佳。
