## Job description

### 一、岗位职责
- 完善公司合规管理体系，制定合规政策、梳理相关流程，确保公司制度符合国内外法律法规及行业标准。
- 统筹药品非营销全生命周期合规管理，覆盖研发、临床、生产、质量等环节，识别合规风险并推动整改。
- 监控行业监管动态，评估政策变化对公司业务的影响，提供合规策略建议；组织合规培训与宣导，提升全员合规意识。
- 牵头应对政府检查、审计及违规事件调查，落实整改措施。
- 协调跨部门合作，推动合规与业务融合，确保公司运营合法合规。
- 对非营销体系重大项目、重要供应商等进行合规审核与检查。
- 完成公司要求开展的其他合规管理工作。

### 二、任职要求

1、本科及以上学历，药学、医学、法律或相关专业背景，熟悉药品研发、临床、生产、质量相关法律法规。 2、8年以上工作经历，3年以上团队管理经验。 3、具备敏锐的风险研判能力及跨部门沟通能力，能独立主导合规项目及应对监管核查。 4、责任心强，品行端正，无违规记录，具备较强的抗压能力。 5、英语熟练者优先，可阅读国际法规文件并参与跨境合规事务。
