## Job description

1.从事创新药、高难度合成的工艺开发、杂质研究、中试、生产验证等工作； 2.

### 在以下任一方面具备特长或较强的能力

有机合成能力、熟悉各种反应操作、文献调研、反应路线设计、快速实验和项目推进能力、放大生产能力；项目问题发现能力、数据分析能力、问题解决能力、实验方案设计能力等； 任职要求：
- 统招硕士及以上学历，有机化学、药物化学、应用化学等相关专业；
- 具备良好的有机化学理论知识，熟悉各种类型的化学实验实际操作，能独立思考；
- 熟悉创新药/仿制药注册法规、申报资料撰写；熟悉ICH指导原则，熟悉CDE原料药研究技术指导原则；
- 具备较好的英语水平和写作水平，良好的沟通能力和协调能力。
