## Job description

【工作职责】1、根据公司产品的市场部策略/辖区市场情况，制定产品区域的推广计划；2、组织、策划、主持相关学术会议，搭建学术平台，向客户传递产品信息；3、为销售团队提供新的产品动态、相关文献、资料等，助力业绩提升；4、产品知识培训、销售技巧和科室会培训、协助提升业务员专业化推广能力；5、 有效传达产品策略，确保区域市场的人员对策略的理解和执行；6、协助销售团队（经理、业务员）拜访和KOL管理，培养更多学术代言人，建立与保持长期有效联系。【任职资格】1、拥有医学相关背景，本科或以上学历；2、有丰富的市场和销售知识，具备肿瘤领域相关经验优选；3、两年以上肿瘤产品核心市场工作经验；4、良好的策略规划能力及业务敏锐度；良好的跨部门沟通、协作和解决问题的能力；5、良好的 PPT 编写、文字及数据处理能力。
