## Job description

### 预防性维护
- 根据预定的维护计划，对生产设备进行定期的检查、清洁、润滑、校准、部件更换；
- 及时响应并高效解决生产过程中出现的设备故障、停机问题；准确诊断故障根源，进行维修或更换损坏部件；
- 协助设备的确认和实施；
- 起草EP和EMP相关文件；
- 管理维护备件库存，包括申请采购、验收、存放和记录，确保使用的备件来源可靠；
- 参与设备故障数据的分析，识别趋势，提出改进建议，以优化维护策略，提高设备综合效率；
- 厂房设施维护。

### 任职要求
- 硕士及以上学历，机械工程、自动化、机电一体化、过程装备与控制工程等相关专业；
- 具备丰富的机电设备维修经验，能够看懂看懂机械图纸、电路图、气动/液压原理图；熟悉PLC、变频器、传感器等工业自动化元件的原理和基本故障排除者优先
- 有良好的团队合作意识，工作认真负责、责任心强，严谨细致，爱岗敬业。
