## Job description

1、iPSC培养与分化：负责诱导多能干细胞（iPSC）的培养、扩增、细胞分化工作。 2、实验设计与优化：设计和优化iPSC细胞分化的实验方案，提升分化效率和细胞功能。 3、数据分析与报告：对实验数据进行分析，撰写实验报告，确保研究结果的准确性和可重复性。 4、团队协作：与团队成员紧密合作，推进项目进展，参与跨部门的技术交流和项目讨论。 5、新技术开发：跟踪领域内最新技术进展，探索和开发新的iPSC分化技术和应用。 6、实验室管理：负责实验室日常管理，包括试剂采购、设备维护和实验记录管理。

### 任职要求
- 生物学、细胞生物学、发育生物学、生物医学工程或相关专业，博士学历。

### 研究经验
- 具有iPSC培养和分化相关研究经验，心肌分化方向优先考虑。

### 实验技能
- 熟练掌握细胞培养、流式细胞术、免疫荧光染色、qPCR等实验技术。

### 数据分析
- 具备良好的数据分析和统计能力。

### 团队合作
- 具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，能够独立开展研究工作。

### 创新思维
- 具有创新思维和解决问题的能力，能够应对科研中的挑战。
