## Job description

【岗位职责】
- 通过专业化学术拜访，有效传递医药产品信息、处理异议，协助医务人员合理使用产品；
- 拟定产品推广计划和方案，开展学术推广等活动，树立公司和产品形象；
- 协助公司完成区域学术和医学推广活动，及时跟进和反馈；

### 及时收集、反馈市场信息
- 包含本公司产品临床使用情况及医院需求信息、竞品的推广活动及市场最新动态。

### 学历
- 2027年毕业生（毕业后计划直接就业），本科及以上学历，医药相关专业；

### 技能
- 具备良好的沟通技巧、团队协作能力、学术沟通技能；

### 知识
- 了解相关产品知识和市场动态，对医药学术推广有一定的了解；

### 工具
- 熟练掌握办公软件，如Microsoft Office等；

### 性格
- 积极进取、工作责任心强、沟通表达能力强、有较强的执行力和抗压能力。
