## Job description

### 岗位职责

管理药品生产线的日常操作，确保高效运行和产能优化。开发与实施生产技术改进方案，提升产品质量和生产效率。协调质量控制部门，确保生产过程符合GMP（良好生产规范）及相关法规要求。解决生产中的技术问题，包括设备故障和工艺偏差，减少停机时间。参与新产品引入和技术转移，支持研发团队完成工艺验证。监督生产数据记录和分析，生成报告以支持持续改进决策。

### 职位要求

学历要求：大专及以上学历，药学相关专业优先。

### 工作经验要求

不限工作经验，欢迎应届毕业生申请。
