## Job description

### 职责描述
- 根据公司市场部策略/辖区市场情况，制定产品推广计划；
- 组织、策划、主持相关学术会议，搭建学术平台，向客户传递产品信息；
- 为销售团队提供新的产品动态、相关文献、资料等，助力业绩提升；
- 产品知识培训、销售技巧和科室会培训、协助提升业务员专业化推广能力；
- 协助销售团队（经理、业务员）拜访和培养KOL。

### 任职要求
- 全日制本科及以上学历，医药相关专业；
- 外资/内资TOP50背景优先，有心血管、内分泌领域相关工作经验者优先；
- 优秀的表达沟通，组织策划，学习能力。
