## Job description

### 一、主要职责
- 负责研究中心调研、中心启动、常规监查、中心关闭等监查活动，每次监查后按照SOP要求提交对应报告。
- 负责及时向公司汇报项目在研究中心的进展、遇到的困难、发现的问题，协调各方协助研究中心解决困难和问题、制定预防措施。
- 负责对研究中心进行项目相关培训、与研究中心定期沟通，协助项目管理团队与研究中心的沟通交流。
- 负责及时向研究中心递交方案更新等项目文件，确保研究中心执行项目最新要求。
- 负责及时收集和归档TMF中心文档并确保文档符合质量要求。
- 完成并反馈公司需要收集的各项报告和反馈。
- 完成上级安排的其他工作。

### 二、任职资格

教育背景： 临床药学、护理学、药学等医药相关专业硕士及以上，985院校优先。

### 相关经验

熟悉 GCP、ICH-GCP 相关法律法规，熟悉临床监查各个工作流程。

### 语言要求

CET-6及以上。

### 其他技能

有GCP 证书者优先，熟练使用 office 等办公软件。

### 能力要求

具备良好的学习能力、沟通能力、执行力以及人际交往能力。
