## Job description

### 岗位职责

一、车间现场GMP管理及体系维护（70%）
- 持续跟踪车间生产现场，保证工艺一致性、GMP符合性；
- 负责车间内生产数据的统计及趋势分析，协助车间负责人完成GMP管理工作；
- 负责车间内设备异常、偏差等事件的调查，启动变更、偏差等流程，进行阶段性总结并推动关闭；
- 起草工艺规程和批生产记录，按规定时限收集和审核批记录和各类台账；
- 协助接待海外客户审计及国内外官方(GMP、FDA及欧盟等)的现场核查。

二、车间工艺管理及人才培养工作（30%）
- 协调车间内的工艺验证工作，起草工艺类及生产类验证方案和报告，进行工艺有关技术问题的解决。
- 不定时组织班组技术会议，提高岗位技术能力，组织车间各项技改活动开展，下沉岗位进行培训；
- 协助工艺主管进行车间管理，进行岗位主操人员培养。

### 任职要求
- 硕士及以上学历，药学、药物制剂、药剂学、制药工程等相关专业；
- 英语六级，热爱制药行业，有药企横向项目或药企生产实习经历优先；
- 掌握常用Office办公软件，具备一定的VB或C语言基础优先；
- 具备较好的沟通表达及组织协调能力，有学生会干部及社团管理经验优先；
- 工作勤恳、踏实，具有较强的责任心及较好的身体素质。
