## Job description

### 管线准入价值评估与优化
- 为公司研发管线的价值评估，提供准入洞察，负责基于准入的价值评估和价格测算，为公司优选管线提供数据支持和决策依据。
- 持续跟踪行业动态和竞争格局，确保公司管线策略的时效性和前瞻性。
- 新产品市管线中前置植入药物经济学（HEOR）设计

### 临床方案前置赋能
- 在关键性临床试验（II/III期）设计阶段深度介入，优化方案（如在临床试验中同步植入患者报告结局（PRO）等）和数据收集，填补医保/支付方关注的数据缺口，确保临床数据能够最大程度转化为后续准入所需的价值证据。

### 市场准入策略制定
- 参与产品开发和上市筹备工作，并在开发，注册，上市策略等关键阶段，前置市场准入考量
- 制定新产品的市场准入策略，包括医保准入策略、价格策略等
- 通过定量和定性分析，提供决策依据
- 参与价格管理委员会的运行，组织价格管理和审批4.

### 学协会平台搭建与政策影响
- 搭建与关键学协会和核心专家的合作平台，建立稳定的沟通渠道。
- 通过学协会平台进行创新药价值评估的政策倡导和影响，创造有利政策环境
