## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 独立进行文献检索，制定合成工艺路线，撰写开题报告；
- 独立完成药物合成小试工艺研究，配合并指导中试部门进行工艺交接；
- 配合质量研究人员做好分析工作；
- 独立完成药品申报材料相关资料的撰写；
- 领导交办的其他工作。

### 任职要求
- 博士学历，有机化学、全合成、有机合成等相关专业；
- 熟悉合成路线打通以及小试中试放大工艺开发；
- 系统性的记录实验数据并撰写报告；
- 熟练使用自动化筛选、分析工具；
- 具有较强的学习能力、工作能力、抗压能力和团队精神，能够与同事进行良好的沟通协作。
