## Job description

岗位职责

### 工艺开发样品检测
- 负责工艺开发样品的检测，包括但不限于SEC、IEC、RP-HPLC（DAR测定、游离毒素分析、肽图分析）、HIC、Titer、PS20/80、Glycan、MALS、SA、CE-NR/CE-R、icIEF等检项；

### 方法开发及评估
- 参与部分分析方法的开发及评估工作，确保开发的分析方法的稳健性；

### 设备维护及保养
- 负责分析实验室仪器设备管理以及日常的维护保养；

### 问题解决与优化
- 解决检测过程中的技术问题，具备解决设备或方法问题能力，以提升效率和准确性；

### 文档撰写与合规
- 出具检测报告，撰写分析方法评估报告等相关文档，确保数据完整性和合规性；

### 跨团队协作
- 与工艺开发、质量控制等团队协作，支持药物研发项目的推进。

### 任职要求 教育背景

1）药物分析、分析化学等药学或生物学相关专业； 2）硕士及以上学历； 相关经验： 1）具有2年以上仪器分析检测相关的实际操作经验者优先； 2）具有仪器分析方法开发经验者优先； 语言要求： 1） 具有良好的英文阅读能力以及书写能力； 能力要求： 1）熟悉蛋白质药物相关的知识； 2）掌握HPLC、CE、MALS等仪器操作及数据处理； 3）工作认真，细致耐心，有一定的分析问题和解决问题的能力；具有高度的责任心和团队合作意识，具有良好的沟通能力及工作执行力。
