## Job description

### 职位概述

全面负责所辖区域的业务规划与团队管理，带领团队合规、专业地达成销售目标，并提升品牌市场影响力。

### 主要职责

制定并执行区域业务计划，确保销售目标达成。组建、培养与管理高绩效销售团队。主导辖区内的专业化市场推广与客户管理。深入洞察市场，及时反馈竞争信息。确保所有业务活动严格遵守公司政策及医药行业法律法规。

### 任职要求

40岁以内，医药、生物、化学或相关专业，本科及以上学历5年以上医药销售经验，至少2年一线销售团队管理经验，有外企经历者优先。

### 优先考虑

具有2年及以上医药销售管理经验（地区经理），有肿瘤免疫领域成功管理案例者；或具备3年及以上肿瘤领域资深医药销售背景，有核心市场优秀经验的高绩效履历及大客户管理经验的资深代表
