## Job description

岗位职责
- 参与药品从研发到生产的技术转移，审核技术开发报告、研发质量文件，起草技术转移方案；
- 负责药品生产所用原辅料、中间体、成品的检测及放行，HPLC等分析仪器维保与校验；
- 承担药品质量标准修订、方法优化，验证方案的起草、实施；
- 跟进实验室异常情况，负责OOS、异常、偏差等的调查；
- 监督实验室合规管理、数据完整性管理；
- 参与FDA/EMA等全球药监机构审计项目；
- 参与卓越运营管理，提升实验室运营效率。 任职要求

### 教育背景
- 硕士及以上学历，药学、制药工程、药物分析、微生物学、生物工程、生物技术、生物制药等相关专业

### 知识储备
- 了解HPLC、GC、UV、IR等常见仪器分析原理，具有相关实验室或实习经验者优先。 了解GMP、药典等法规和标准基本知识者优先。 具备基本的英文文献或药典阅读能力。

- 卓越的学习能力：能快速吸收新知识，掌握复杂的法规和技术要求。

逻辑清晰，善于发现问题并推动解决。
