## Job description

### 岗位职责1、参加新GMP单抗生产设施的设计，设备选型，验收，安装调试，验收和验证；2、支持进行下游纯化的所有生产活动并确保批生产活动符合当前GMP的要求；3、及时向领导反馈工艺、人员、安全、生产环境、维护及其他问题；4、进行偏差调查，领导调查工作、变更实行及纠正和预防措施的执行；5、负责工厂工程管理工作流程建立与制度建设，及相关厂房的维护维修并建立维保系统；6、支持生产物料选择、采购；7、起草审阅GMP文件，例如

URS、SOP、MBR，审核批生产记录；8、确保组内成员及时完成培训，按GMP的要求有资质执行所需操作；9、积极主动开展业务优化并不断改进与完善；10、配合组内及部门的日常管理事务。【任职要求】1、本科及以上学历，生物、化学、医药工程或相关专业，或具有同等工作经验的人员；2、有GMP工作经验，熟悉GMP法规要求，对于GMP生产环境有兴趣；熟悉SFDA、FDA、EMA、ICH等指导条例；3、做事踏实细心、严谨自律、有条理性，具有极强的责任心和敬业精神4、具有吃苦耐劳的品质及良好的身体素质；5、具有优秀的沟通表达能力，以及良好的口头和书面英语水平。
