## Job description

QA管培生岗位职责 轮岗实验室各小组（理化、微生物、活性、仪器、综合），负责样品、对照品、稳定性、仪器、LIMS 主数据与权限管理、CSV 验证、数据完整性风险评估及趋势分析。 轮岗 QA 各职能模块，执行现场监督、法规差距分析、变更/偏差/CAPA 管理、海外审计迎检及质量改进项目管理。 跟踪并解读中美欧法规动态，输出差距整改方案，确保 QMS 持续合规。 编制、审核及翻译英文 GMP 文件，保证术语准确、符合监管要求。 跨部门协调资源，推动质量问题的识别、分析、解决与预防。 完成轮岗报告、项目总结及终期答辩，展示学习成果与成长计划。 任职要求 硕士学历，生物、药学、医学相关专业； 英语可作为工作语言，独立撰写验证方案/报告； 熟悉 GMP体系优先； 具备数据敏感度，细心严谨；
