## Job description

### 岗位职责

负责按照实验SOP和质量、法规完成分子平台的日常工作； 负责分子克隆、载体构建相关的引物设计、实验设计及平台搭建； 掌握基本的分子生物学软件应用； 负责实验数据的整理和分析，报告的书写； 负责项目整理、数据汇总及进展报告； 负责分子实验室设备的运营、维护及日常检查； 岗位要求： 生物科学、分子生物学或药学相关专业；本科及以上学历； 2年以上qPCR检测或其他分子生物学相关工作经验； 熟悉PCR相关实验、核酸电泳、蛋白电泳、ELISA及基因编辑技术、分子生物学等相关实验； 具有良好的英文阅读能力以及书写能力； 具有较强的学习能力，独立思考能力及解决问题的能力，较强的数据总结和分析能力； 熟悉基因工程的精准编辑及其应用，精通多样化的基因改造技术，包括CRISPR、同源重组、Cre/loxp等基因编辑工具； 工作认真，细致耐心，具有高度的责任心和团队合作意识，具有良好的沟通能力及工作执行力。
