## Job description

### 工作职责
- 负责研究项目的计划、设计、实施、监管和报告，确保研究过程符合法规和伦理要求，保证研究质量。
- 跟进研究流程，根据需要开展必要的方案修订和调整，及时掌握研究进展情况。
- 协调临床试验各参与方，包括但不限于医生、研究人员、数据管理人员等，确保研究过程顺畅、高效。
- 组织、维护和更新临床研究文档，比如研究计划、研究报告、研究相关的药品和装置信息以及其他项目管理工具等。

### 任职要求
- 具有医药等相关本科及以上学历，至少2年CRA经验，有管理华西川肿的熟悉这两家医院流程的优先。
- 熟练掌握常用的研究方法、技能及工具，如GCP规范等，有临床研究监理丰富经验者优先。
- 有较强的协调沟通、项目管理等能力，善于组织和协调团队合作，具备独立分析和解决问题的能力。
- 具备英语听说读写能力，熟练掌握办公软件，熟悉临床试验管理系统者优先。
