## Job description

管培生项目岗位有不同岗位的轮岗路径，系统化培养全局思维，加快职场新人提升与进步。

### 岗位要求
- 遵循中央市场部策略，结合区域情况，进行区域市场推广工作的策划和执行；
- 开展科室会等区域学术会议，建设和发展区域专家网络；
- 了解和掌握市场信息，收集和分析市场建议及意见；

### 协同区域销售人员进行专业化产品推广； 招聘要求
- 硕士以上学历，医药及相关专业；
- 学习与运用能力较好；业务规划和执行力强；
- 良好的跨部门沟通、协作和解决问题的能力；
- 良好的 PPT 编写、文字及数据处理能力。
