## Job description

### 职位职责
- 负责车间生产设备及辅助设备的维修、维护、保养管理，制定并执行维修保养计划，组织大修、检修、定期保养及突发故障抢修，确保设备正常运行。
- 负责设备设施、计量、能源、备品备件管理，组织设备选型、验收、技改及档案管理，提出配件、易损件及工具订购申请，协调外协加工。
- 负责设备相关SOP、GMP文件、记录及验证的起草、审核、培训，参与GMP自检及设备、设施验证。
- 负责部门工作计划、预算、绩效考核、安全管理及员工培训，协调跨部门工作。

### 任职要求

1、本科及以上学历，机械、电气、自动化、制药机械等相关专业。 2、5年以上设备管理经验，2年以上制药设备相关经验优先；初级及以上职称优先。 3、熟悉GMP及药品生产相关法律法规，具备独立解决设备故障的能力。 4、具备项目管理能力与成本意识，熟练使用CAD制图软件及办公软件。 5、具备较强的沟通协调与问题解决能力，工作严谨细致，具有强烈的质量意识与责任心。
