## Job description

岗位职责】1.在预算范围内制定辖区各类市场计划和产品推广策略并确保有效实施；2.辅导销售代表拜访区域内的主要客户，在区域内建立专家关系与网络；3.在区域内建立与发展销售团队，辅导并帮助推广代表制定有效的工作计划和销售计划；4.管理并跟踪公司产品在当地的医保情况；5.保持与商业条线的密切沟通和协调。【职位要求】1.本科及以上学历，医药相关专业，有两年以上销售管理（主管）经验优先，MNC公司优先。2.勤奋踏实，自我管理能力强，能够给团队引导正确方向，有良好的沟通、统筹及协调能力3.有团队合作精神，具备较强的学习能力，完成公司制定任务。
