## Job description

### 工艺技术管理
- 全面掌握各产品各工序的生产工艺，协同车间主任组织日常生产安排，对生产操作、工艺卫生、个人卫生及安全生产规范的执行情况进行监督与指导。

### 质量参数与中间体控制
- 负责中间体质量参数的下达与控制，生产出现异常时牵头调查分析并推动问题解决。

### 验证与文件体系建设
- 按质量控制要点定期开展工艺验证及再验证，负责工艺规程、批生产记录等核心GMP文件的编写、修订与实施，确保文件体系与现场操作保持一致。

### 记录审核与GMP检查
- 监督批生产记录的填写、审核与汇总归档，配合车间主任开展日常GMP检查，跟踪整改落实。

### 培训与团队建设
- 承担车间人员GMP培训与考核工作，提升团队质量意识和操作规范性。

### 代理管理职责
- 车间主任外出时代理车间全面管理，协调生产、质量、安全等各项事务。

### 岗位要求
- 本科及以上学历，医学、药学及相关专业。
- 具备1年以上药品生产或质量管理工作经验，熟悉车间生产工艺流程。
- 掌握GMP规范、药品生产相关法律法规、安全生产及工业微生物/卫生学知识。
- 能够正确运用GMP要求识别并解决生产现场问题，熟悉岗位操作法及设备操作、清洁相关规程。
- 具备良好的沟通协调与组织能力，工作踏实认真，责任心强。
