## Job description

### 平台构建
- 主导自动化机械臂系统在化合物筛选、生物样本检测中的部署与集成，设计从样品制备到检测的全流程解决方案。

### 实验优化
- 与药化、生物学团队紧密协作，将自动化流程嵌入高通量筛选（HTS）、细胞活性测试等核心实验场景

### AI药研
- 深度参与AI驱动药物研发（AIDD）的合作项目，将自动化实验室产生的数据与计算模型结合，寻找下一代成药分子

### 系统迭代
- 解决多设备协同、过程追溯及异常处理等工程化问题 岗位要求： 1. 药学、生物学、生化、生物信息学或药物研发相关交叉学科博士研究生 2. 能独立开展课题，解决关键技术难题具备较强的系统搭建和实验设计能力。
