## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责自免相关动物模型的建立和评价，候选药物的药效学评价并撰写相应报告；
- 负责候选药物体内PK项目的采血工作，解决体内实验过程中出现的问题；
- 协助样本的处理以及Biomarker检测工作；
- 协助完成PK样品的检测、分析和报告撰写等工作；
- 完成上级安排的其他工作。

### 岗位要求
- 生物学，药理等相关专业，硕士学历；
- 具备三年以上自免模型建立、评价的相关工作经验；
- 熟练掌握小鼠各种方式的给药（PO, IV, IP, IM, SC等）、采血（心脏穿刺，眼眶，颌下静脉，尾静脉等）;
- 良好的口头表达能力和与人沟通能力；
- 服从领导安排，工作认真负责，有较强的学习和解决问题的能力。
