## Job description

### 精通大小鼠各类疾病模型的构建与手术操作，包括但不限于
- a)

### 心脑血管手术模型

大小鼠心梗模型、心肌缺血再灌注模型、大小鼠脑缺血模型； b)

### 移植模型

肾包膜下移植、原位移植瘤等； c)

### 血管介入与插管手术

肝门静脉插管、颈静脉插管、胆管插管等； d)

### 其他模型

如肾缺血再灌注模型、肾切除模型等。
- 能够参与流程优化，包括但不限于模型稳定性的优化，自主排查模型失败、手术并发症等问题。
- 熟练掌握大小鼠常规给药和采血方式，包括但不限于尾静脉注射、腹腔注射、皮下注射、灌胃、眼眶采血和心脏采血等。
- 精准完成组织解剖和样本采集。
- 能够正确记录实验记录，保证实验数据真实、完整、可追溯。

### 任职要求
- 要求3年以上动物实验经验，拥有实验动物从业人员资格证优先；
- 本科及以上动物医学或相关专业；
- 有大小鼠心梗和插管手术经验优先；
- 做事有责任心，热爱本职岗位。
