## Job description

岗位职责；
- 负责生物大分子（抗体、ADC等）药物制剂研发工作，包括处方筛选，工艺开发，使用中稳定性研究等；
- 负责新型包材如PFS、卡式瓶的开发、评估和应用；
- 负责更新和优化制剂技术平台，跟进行业新技术的发展；
- 按照规范的格式和要求撰写制剂研发方案和研发报告；
- 负责国内外申报资料中制剂部分的撰写工作。

### 任职要求
- 硕士及以上学历，药学、生物、药剂学、结构生物学等相关专业；
- 具有大分子制剂开发实习经验优先考虑，有冻干技术、药械组合产品开发工作经验者优先；
- 能熟练阅读生物制药专业文献的能力，有发表英文文献的优先；
- 具有良好的自驱力和责任心，良好的沟通和人际交往能力，有团队合作意识。
