## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责中试GMP车间下游纯化工艺的生产操作，涵盖层析、过滤、配液等关键工序。
- 主导或参与下游纯化工艺的技术转移（Tech Transfer），包括工艺转入与转出，确保转移过程合规、高效、可追溯。
- 负责起草下游纯化工艺相关中试操作技术文件，包括批生产记录、标准操作规程（SOP）及注册申报所需资料。
- 参与GMP车间日常5S管理与维护，保障生产环境符合规范要求。 任职要求

### 学历要求
- 本科及以上学历，生物工程、细胞生物学、生物制药或相关专业。

### 经验要求
- 本科5年或硕士3年以上抗体药物（CHO细胞表达系统）上游细胞培养中试生产/工艺开发经验；熟悉下游纯化中层析与过滤的基本原理，掌握各类主流下游纯化设备的操作。

### 能力要求
- 具备较强的分析与解决问题能力，能够适应一定的工作压力，逻辑清晰，执行力强。

### 协作沟通
- 具备良好的团队协作精神与跨部门沟通能力，能有效协调资源推进中试及转移工作。
