## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 协助细胞治疗项目的早期研发。在项目负责人的帮助下，能够独立完成相关分子与细胞生物学实验、数据整理/分析、报告撰写/汇报。
- 严格遵循实验室标准操作规范，及时准确记录ELN。
- 参与实验室建设和日常维护，包括设备维护、耗材补给、生物材料登录，文件管理等等。

### 任职要求
- 免疫学、细胞生物学、生物化学与分子生物学、生物工程等相关专业硕士。
- 具备熟练的无菌操作及细胞培养技术。
- 掌握分子和细胞免疫学实验技术，包括但不限于原代免疫细胞的分离培养，体外与体内功能评价（流式检测、体外杀伤实验，体内动物模型等等）。 4、1-3年行业经验，有细胞治疗领域工作经验者（如TCR-T、CAR-T/NK、iPSC衍生细胞等）更佳。 1） 助理研究员1： 有病毒包被及转染经验者尤佳。 2） 助理研究员2： 有NK细胞操作经验者尤佳。 3） 助理研究员3： 有分子克隆及细胞免疫学背景者尤佳。 核心能力

- 良好的学习能力与纠错能力。
- 开朗达观，肯主动承担实验室公共事务。
